Tai Chi helps me in achieving overall well-being

I've been learning Taichi for about 8 years. I like Taichi because it helps me in achieving overall well being as it encompasses stretching, strength training as well as balancing, and yet it is not too tedious. Taichi is an exercise which can be practiced for a lifetime and is suitable for everyone. I am lucky to have a dedicated teacher in Master Chong. Aside from the Taichi steps,  he also teaches us Taichi from a mental perspective and shares with us valuable insights into taking care of our body. He is a great inspiration to us with his stamina and flexibility which we can only aspire.
