Physics :- Law of momentum to make every move
Every part of the body is linked. Correct coordination and movements of the various joints will result in smoothness when displaying the various steps. Hip joint movement is the pivot point for all movement of the upper body.
Find the centre of your gravity when stationary. Feel the ground you are standing on. Stand still on both legs on the ground yet still feeling relaxed. Will be able to stand and balance for long without feeling strain to calve muscles. Able to execute all the steps with ease especially those that require the balance on one leg.
Going slow and maintaining smoothness at a steady speed when displaying the various steps. Get rid of distraction, do it whole-heartedly and persevere to the end.
Not being tensed. Letting go and not resisting. Be light and agile. Will be able to anticipate opponents move for reaction.
Focus on inner. A sealed empty box has no weight. But a sealed box that is full of stuff makes it weight full.
There is reason behind every moves and action especially hands movement and placement. Knowing and understanding it will make sense in all that we are practicing.
