My Taiji journey

I started learning Taiji about a year ago due to my stiff neck and health problem which I had tried several methods to cure but was unsuccessful. Upon hearing my friendís recommendation of how good Taiji is for chronic illnesses, I decided to give it a try.

Before I always thought Taiji was a slow movement exercise and it is more suitable for elderly but after attending a few lessons I completely changed my view about it and realized that it is not as simple and easy as I thought. For the past one year of practising taiji, I noticed that my stiff neck is getting better and my health has improved a lot.
