Dear Master Chong,
I am writing to thank you for the lessons and all the benefits they have given me during this one year of training.
I started off with some apprehension but this was quickly addressed by your patient and skillful instructions. My old knee injury due to excessive running is eventually cured after a year of Tai Chi. In addition, my sleeping pattern has improved and my complexion gets better. Other improvements noted are more energy and a higher metabolic rate which helps a lot in my sporting activities.
Overall, the health improvement is tremendous and I will continue this wonderful journey of Tai Chi into my golden years.
