Tai Chi and Well-Being

11-12 July 2015, National Community Leadership Institute

 

The camp was held from 11 to 12 July 2015 at the National Community Leadership Institute. Master Chong's talk took place on 11 July from 3.30 to 5 pm. During the talk, Master Chong explained how practice of Taiji according to Taiji principles can cultivate and improve the person's inner character and nurture one's mental health.
